Tennis CBR Cares

Our tennis family is based on community, unity and support. We want to help where we can, whether it’s a charity event or financial support for our Tennis Canberra members, we have the passion and drive to be of assistance.

We ask the Canberra community to get behind the Tennis CBR Cares Program as it is our vision to change peoples lives.

Our help is not limited to the tennis court, we are people so we want to help people – simple as that. If you or your organisation needs assistance in any form, our passionate tennis community will be there to lend a helping hand.

Help Yvonne Green raise funds for Breast Cancer

Canberra Tennis Family member Yvonne has recently lost her best friend to Breast Cancer. Although there has been a widespread of awareness and major break through in preventing the disease more needs to be done to finally find a cure. We will be supporting Yvonne in this time and I ask our fellow family members to lend a helping hand. You can donate to Yvonne’s fundraising page by clicking this link

Jake Eames ProfileGive Jake Eames a shot on the ATP Pro Tour

Born and bred in Canberra, Jake Eames is no stranger to us. Our second highest ranked (ATP: #695) player after Nick Kyrgios is back home after a frustrating season in Europe. After a promising start in January and February of 2015 Jake tore his patella tendon resulting him to cut his tour short and come back to the city grew to love. Although, this is a major setback this isn’t the first time Jake has endured hardship. He’s resilience and hardworking nature has kept him in the game and with a short window to cement a career on the circuit we want to give him the best possible chance to crack the big time. Tennis Canberra will be raising funds as the cost on the tour doesn’t even compare to the expenses those outside the #300 need to spend to continue to play. Please show your support and help our local boy out. More information to come in the next couple of days.
