Adult January Programs @ Old Parliament House Rose Gardens – Registrations Open
As we return to the New Year Tennis Canberra has planned three adult skill lessons ($60) to get us back on track with the amazing game of tennis that we would have missed over Christmas.
Along with that TC has also organized a 3-day cardio boot-camp ($45) to start the New Year getting fitter and healthier than we already are with a burst of cardio work outs!
The adult skill programs are for players of all levels ranging from first time racket holders to Roger Federer. The dates for the adult skill program are the 5th, 12th and the 19th of January which fall on Mondays. As of now it has been planned for a 7 pm start considering how hot it might be earlier in the day and when we finish work, but I am happy for you to recommend a time slot that would suit you better.
The Cardio Boot-camp is designed to suit all abilities and athletes of all sports. The 3—day cardio boot-camp will be held on the 5th, 6th and 7th of January. The timings offered are 6-7am, 7-8am, 8-9am or in the evening 6-7pm or 7-8pm. Again these are the options and a time will be finalized based on majority votes.
Payment: Cash – Please enclose exact amount in an envelope with your name and program and give to your on court coach before the start of your first session.
The running of these programs are subject to the number of participants we receive so confirm your spot as soon as you can so we can get the show on the road. We encourage you to bring friends and family along. If you are only able to make a certain number of days for these programs do let us know.
