Online Court Hire For Members & Visitors

Surrounded by the tranquility of the Rose Gardens these special courts can be booked between the hours of 7:30am to 8:30pm

  2. Fill out the booking form (visitors can pay via credit card)
  3. If done correctly you will receive an automatic email response with gate access and light access (if required) codes.

Every time you book a court online an Automatic Response Email with your booking information plus your code access will be sent directly.

On occasion you this may not reach your email.  Please check the following before you get in contact with our team

  1. Check your Spam/Junk Mail
  2. Refresh Your Email
  3. Members Bookings will be sent to the email your registered email

If still cannot find your auto-response booking email please:

  • Email play@tenniscanberra.com.au (Before Day Of Play)
  • SMS 0416 186 121 (8 hours before booking)
  • Call 0416 186 121 (within 8 hours booking)*

*From Saturday after 12pm to Sunday 8:30pm our office hours are closed.  Please do you best to contact us outside of these hours as we may not be able to response if you booking falls within these times.  Be mindful all staff members are coaches and between 4pm-8pm weekdays & 8am-12pm on Saturday we are on court.

Maximum Court Hire Times

  • 1.5 hours (September 1st  – May 31st)
  • 2 hours (April 1st – August 31st)

Each Membership (Family, Adult or Junior) can have One Active Booking

Because we want to give a fair chance to everyone to play we are going to only allow one active booking per membership.  This means if you book multiple bookings in advance our team can remove surplus bookings if required.  We will notify you if we do remove a booking.

Advice – If you play in a regular social group and want to book a court 2 weeks in a row at the same time we advise one member to book one week and then another member to book the following.
